Over the past 10 years, the business has grown continuously, and in the coming months will be consolidating multiple warehouses and relocating to a recent office and warehouse.
About the role Our client is now seeking a National Sales Manager who will oversee the national sales strategy, lead and grow the team to drive expansion, build customer relationships, and deliver consistent, sustainable results.
This position requires strong leadership,
strategic planning, hands-on agricultural knowledge, and a deep commitment to supporting the local farming community.
Main Responsibilities (must be demonstrated in your application) • Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with business goals • Establish, Lead, mentor and motivate the regional sales team • Expand and maintain relationships with key clients and distributors • Identify current market prospects and oversee their development • Represent the company at agricultural events, conferences, and field days
