The Salvation Army is seeking a dedicated youth services skilled to deliver holistic case management and housing support for young people at risk of homelessness in Surry Hills, NSW. You will collaborate with a range of stakeholders to help youth achieve secure housing and develop the skills for long-term tenancy.
Role is full time and based in NSW, with hours Monday to Friday and occasional after-hours on-call. A trauma-informed approach and relevant qualifications are essential.
