The Opportunity

This is a Customer Service position, which will see you acquire skills and knowledge of our vast product range and gain valuable customer service experience in a friendly and busy office setting.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Answering and responding to inbound calls from our valuable customers.
Responding to all customer enquires by phone and email.
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.




Ensuring customer orders are dispatched in a timely manner.
Assisting our sales team Australia wide with delivering the best customer outcomes.
The right candidate for this position will:
Be able to work full time (Monday- Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm)
Have the ability to multitask efficiently and effectively.
Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Have a professional phone manner with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Be punctual, reliable and responsible.
Have an outgoing personality.
Dedication to providing the best customer experience in all of your customer interactions.
