Our client is a leading national organisation in the portable power/battery/energy‐storage sector.
They are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth across Townsville and surrounding areas.
This full‐time role is ideal for a motivated sales skilled who thrives on building relationships, expanding market presence, and representing a high‐performance product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities Expand the customer base and increase territory revenue.
Plan, monitor, and review sales performance of key accounts.
Negotiate and implement strategies for product distribution channels.
Provide insights on competitor activity, pricing trends, and current product prospects.
Record all customer and prospect interactions using CRM system.
Lead and execute product promotions.
This role will require regional travel once a quarter for a week , however, the rest of the focus will be in the Townsville region, with occasional overnight travel required based on opportunities.




We are seeking a positive candidate with a proactive attitude and a genuine passion for building customer relationships.
Salary A solid (negotiable) base salary, super, fully maintained vehicle (or car allowance) along with tools of trade will be offered to the successful candidate.
