Follow allergen management procedures and dietary requirements.
Maintain food safety, cleanliness and presentation standards.
Collaborate with a close-knit kitchen team.
THE PERSON Previous experience as a Cook, Café Cook or similar food service role.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
The ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced workplace.
Current Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
