We're seeking a Senior Contract Administrator to support a boutique luxury residential builder on premium Class 2 projects.
You'll be at the heart of commercial management, ensuring contracts, variations, and procurement are executed efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities Manage contract administration for multiple high-value residential projects Prepare and assess variations, progress claims, and payment schedules Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth contract execution Maintain compliance with contractual obligations, reporting, and risk mitigation Support Project Managers with commercial analysis and decision-making Requirements Proven experience in contract administration on luxury residential projects Robust understanding of commercial processes, subcontractor management, and reporting Excellent organisation, communication,
