Capture Recruitment is seeking a reliable and hands on Manufacturing Stores Labourer to join a respected Australian manufacturer supplying products to the mining industry.
This is not a traditional warehouse role.
You'll work within a busy manufacturing environment, manually moving materials, supplying production areas and helping keep the stores operation organised and running efficiently.
What's on offer • Genuine view to permanency • Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm • Ongoing full time hours • Consistent day shift roster • Stable role with a growing Australian manufacturer • Supportive and safety focused workplace The role • Manually picking, sorting and packing finished products • Receiving, checking and putting away finished products and associated parts • Replenishing materials across different manufacturing areas • Completing stock counts and assisting with stock rotation • Reporting damaged materials or stock discrepancies • Using pallet jacks, trolleys and other materials handling equipment • Maintaining clean,



secure and organised stores areas • Assisting with general stores, labouring and housekeeping duties What we're looking for • Experience in manufacturing, labouring, stores or production support • Comfortable completing physical and repetitive work throughout the shift • Confident manual handling up to 25kg • Reliable, punctual and immaculate attendance • Strong safety awareness and willingness to follow procedures • A practical attitude and willingness to assist wherever required • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Forklift licence and experience will be highly regarded but not mandatory This position would suit someone who enjoys practical work, stays active throughout the day and understands the pace and expectations of a manufacturing setting.
