Key Responsibilities Manage Microsoft 365 user accounts Create and reset user passwords Set up laptops and desktops Configure Outlook and Exchange email accounts Provide first-level IT help desk support Manage Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding Perform basic troubleshooting and system maintenance Support day-to-day IT administration and operations Requirements Currently studying or recently completed a qualification in Information Technology, Business Administration (MBA), or a related field Strong interest in IT Administration and Operations Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint Positive communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to learn and work in a team workplace Candidates with Australian study or work experience will be highly regarded This internship is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build practical experience, strengthen their resume, and start a career in IT Administration and Operations .
