Wiseway Logistics is seeking an Imports Operation & Customer Services Officer to join our Sydney team on a full time basis. The role focuses on managing import documentation, coordinating with international clients, and delivering high standards of customer service within our e-Commerce sector, with coaching in our IT software.

You will work closely with clients and internal staff, ensure timely and compliant documentation, and handle inquiries and complaints promptly, along with ad-hoc tasks
