iCOST provides expert commercial, cost, and project advisory services across Australia, working predominantly with Tier 1 builders on complex, high‐profile projects across infrastructure, energy, renewables, and broader commercial sectors. With a strong pipeline already in place, this role offers the chance to make an immediate impact while building and leading your own high‐performing team.
The Role
Lead iCOST's commercial and contracts function, driving strategic growth and operational excellence.
Leverage your established client portfolio to win profitable work.
Oversee delivery of successful commercial outcomes on major projects across multiple sectors.
Provide expert commercial leadership, including cost management, contract negotiation, and risk governance.
Mentor and grow a talented team,

Deep commercial and contractual expertise, recognised as a subject‐matter expert.
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, from site teams to boardroom.

Experienced across infrastructure, energy, renewables, or commercial projects, with a respected industry profile.
