specialist white-collar recruitment Robust presence - confident, credible and client-facing Comfortable picking up the phone and driving activity Collaborative mindset and solid desk ownership Advantages Location: Sydney (4 days in office: Mon–Thurs) Salary: $90,000–$110,000 + 12% super Senior: 25 days AL | Principal: 27 days AL | Sponsorship available | 6 months threshold-free commission Direct energy experience isn't essential - specialism, credibility and commercial acumen matter more.
