Key Responsibilities Work on exciting workplace projects from concept through to documentation and delivery Develop space plans, finishes, joinery, and FF E packages that align with strategy and brand identity Collaborate with architects, consultants, and clients to deliver considered design outcomes Prepare presentation material, visualizations, and design packs to clearly communicate ideas Contribute to a studio culture where collaboration and design reviews are part of the creative process Mentor juniors and share knowledge while continuing to grow into a leadership pathway Skills and Experience 4 to 7 years' post-graduate experience in interiors,
