We're looking for an experienced Head Chef, a solid Sous Chef, or an ambitious Chef de Partie ready to take the next step into leadership.

What you'll bring Experience within Middle Eastern cuisine is essential Solid foundations in people leadership, training and development Stock control, ordering and kitchen organisation A passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and consistency Exposure to costing and COGs is ideal, but can absolutely be developed for the right person Someone who enjoys working closely with both the kitchen and front-of-house teams This is a team-oriented, hands-on environment where everyone pitches in and genuinely enjoys working together.
