About the Role You'll oversee a local commercial and industrial portfolio of around 80 properties, working closely with a Senior Commercial Property Manager.
This role offers hands-on involvement in all aspects of commercial property management – without the overload.

Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain a commercial property portfolio (approx. 100 properties to start) Coordinate lease negotiations, inspections, maintenance, and compliance Build and maintain solid relationships with landlords, tenants,
