What you'll be doing: Coordinating board and committee processes, including agendas, papers and minutes Supporting the General Manager and Board with reporting and compliance requirements Managing day-to-day office operations, systems and supplier coordination Providing high-level administrative support to leadership Supporting recruitment, onboarding and staff coordination Supervising staff and assisting with performance processes Coordinating community meetings, consultations and stakeholder engagement Ensuring all communication and interactions are handled in a culturally appropriate manner What you'll need: Experience in an Office Manager or senior administrative role with governance / board exposure Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Transparent,
