You will work with reputable litigation Partners and peers in the litigation team.
You will work on a range of disputes such as but not limited to, - Shareholder disputes; - Director disputes; - Contractual disputes; - Workplace disputes; - Franchising disputes; - Building disputes; and - Insolvency disputes.
On Offer Pathway to Partnership or Special Counsel; Mentorship, guidance career development; Solid portfolio of litigation work; Hybrid versatile working arrangements; and $120,000 - $180,000 subject to your experience.
About you The ideal candidate will have; - At least 3 years of post admission experience within commercial litigation.
Candidates with more experience are strongly encouraged to apply; - Insolvency experience is favourable but candidates without it will still be considered; - Good time management skills; and - Positive verbal and written skills.
