The Law Society of Recent South Wales is seeking a full time Senior Licensing Solicitor to join the Licensing team in Sydney. The Senior Solicitor will support the Deputy Director and Director in administering statutory licensing requirements for NSW solicitors and oversee related regulatory processes.
You will provide strategic and legal advice on licensing applications, interpret statutory provisions, and ensure adherence to certificate conditions and qualifications.
