Not just managing a portfolio, but actively growing it.
This is really a BDM role at heart.
You'll be building robust relationships, identifying opportunities, and bringing current schemes into the business.
While strata management experience is key, the key focus is growth, with significant opportunity ahead as new developments continue to emerge across Perth.
