The Role Manage the administration of client matters, including opening, maintaining, closing and archiving files.
Assist with billing processes, document management and the day-to-day coordination of legal matters.
Support the team in meeting competing deadlines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and client service.
About You You will ideally have previous legal administration experience, including file management, billing and matter coordination,



with family law experience highly regarded.
You will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent organisational abilities and a high level of attention to detail.
You will be confident using legal technology and Microsoft Office applications, with eCourts portal experience viewed favourably.
