They are seeking an experienced BDM to join the team, playing a key role in expanding market presence, strengthening external partnerships and driving revenue outcomes through relationship management and effective business development.
The Role Develop and maintain robust relationships with sales agents, channel partners,



investors and industry stakeholders Identify and secure current partnership opportunities Manage and grow the sales pipeline through proactive lead generation and relationship development Supportpartners with accurate product, pricing and package information About You Demonstrated experience in a BDM or Account Management role within the Residential Construction industry A proven ability to achieve sales targets and performance outcomes Experience using CR systems and MS Office Qualified presentation and a positive, solutions-focused approach What's On Offer Competitive salary package including base salary + commissions Join a forward-thinking organisation and work directly with senior leadership to drive business growth Monday - Friday working week In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 16,000 people into meaningful employment .
