ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a compassionate, organised, and dedicated Community Registered Nurse to support clients across the Sydney City and Inner West regions.
You will provide a wide range of clinical interventions while helping clients remain secure, independent, and supported in their own homes.

Fully automated systems — no timesheets or manual KM tracking Access to ongoing paid training and career development Supportive and collaborative team environment WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Minimum 2 years' community nursing experience Robust clinical knowledge and assessment skills A caring, patient, and empathetic approach Excellent organisation and communication skills Passion for delivering quality care in the community Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver 1:1 high-level clinical care in clients' homes Medication administration (including IV antibiotics) Clinical observations and assessments Basic and complex wound care Catheter care (IDC SPC) Enteral feeding PICC line management Insulin administration Palliative care support MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS Current AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse) Minimum 2 years' community nursing experience Valid driver's licence and access to your own vehicle Current (or willingness to obtain): Police Check First Aid CPR certification Working with Children Check NDIS Worker Screening Check
