MPSR Group requires 2 x Motor Mechanics to complement our automotive repair and servicing segment.
You will be responsible for performing mechanical and auto-electrical services and repair work to the highest standards in an effective manner and ensuring customer satisfaction.
You must hold a AQF Certificate III or higher qualification, or at least three years of demonstrated industry experience.
This is a full time role and is open to Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents.
482 visa sponsorship can be considered for qualified and experience foreign workers.
Salary range offered is $80,000 to $100,000 plus superannuation.
Key duties include: • Perform automotive mechanic duties to repair and maintain vehicles in good condition.
• Analyse, detect, and record defects in automotive systems.
• Repair and check the performance of automotive vehicles.
• Communicate defects to vehicle owners with costs of repairs and timelines.
• Repair exhaust, brakes, hydraulic, electrical suspension,
and fuel ignition of automotive vehicles.
• Check and repair electrical suspensions and wheel alignments of automotive vehicles.
• Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and belt changes of automotive vehicles.
• Identify, diagnose, and repair faults in computer and electronic systems.
• Maintain and manage tools, equipment, and machinery in positive condition.
• Ensure total customer satisfaction through excellent automotive mechanic services.
• Maintain familiarity with and follow SOPs of the company.
• Maintain familiarity with technical service bulletins.
• Suggest training and tooling requirements to the workshop manager.
• Keep a complete and up-to-date tool kit.
• Perform other workshop duties as requested by management.
• Participate in training for the latest technology and automotive courses available.
