Position: Restaurant Manager Position Type : Full time Salary: $90,000 plus superannuation per annum Location: Recent Farm QLD Number of Vacancies: 1 Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team located in Recent Farm, Brisbane Queensland.
Key Duties and Responsibilities: ·Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service and food quality.
·Lead, inspire, and manage a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting professional development.
·Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales, increase profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
·Curate and manage the menu offerings, ensuring seasonal and high-quality produce is consistently available.
·Monitor financial performance and manage budgets, forecasts, and expenses to achieve financial targets.
·Engage with guests to build relationships and gather feedback, ensuring their experience exceeds expectations.




·Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative practices to keep our restaurant at the forefront of the market.
Requirements: ·An associate degree, Advanced Diploma, Diploma or higher qualification.
·At least three (3) years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed ·A minimum of 12 months proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within a restaurant environment ·A minimum of 2 years working within the hospitality industry ·Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and wine, particularly with cocktails ·Prior experience at a seafood restaurant would be highly regarded ·Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with staff and guests alike.
·Demonstrated ability to drive business results and manage financial performance.
·A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
·Relevant certifications in food safety and liquor licensing are preferred
