i-bullet Workday Consultant - Finance i-bullet 12 month contract i-bullet Sydney or Melbourne We're looking for a hands-on Workday Engineer / Specialist to support both BAU and project delivery across a live Workday setting.
This role will focus on building, enhancing, and optimising Workday solutions, working closely with business stakeholders across HR and Finance.
Key Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy Workday solutions and enhancements Work across sandbox environments to develop and test changes prior to release Support ongoing system optimisation and continuous improvement Deliver enhancements across a BAU + project hybrid workplace Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and Technology Key Requirements Strong hands-on Workday experience (not purely functional or advisory)



Proven experience building and testing solutions in sandbox environments Experience working in post-implementation / live environments Background in enhancements, optimisation, and continuous improvement Workday Modules Open to either Workday Finance or HCM / HRIS.
Depth in a module is more key than broad exposure.
