This role is suited to a Certified Practising Valuer with a solid track record in the property industry, capable of delivering high-quality, compliant valuation advice across a range of property types.
Key Responsibilities Conduct property inspections and valuation assessments Prepare accurate, independent valuation reports in accordance with API standards Analyse market data, comparable sales and local property trends Robust analytical and report-writing skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management abilities Ensure compliance with regulatory, professional and quality requirements Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude About You Certified Practising Valuer (CPV)
