With a decade of experience in the industry, they prioritise person-centred care and strive to empower individuals with disabilities to achieve their desired goals.
Due to their continued growth of their operations, the business is now seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join their team as Disability Support Workers on full time ongoing basis.
The typical job responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: • Provide quality care in line with personalised care plans • Observe and record changes in assistance needs • Assist with celebrations based on clients' wishes • Support walking and transfers as needed • Address clients' emotional, psychological,



and cultural needs • Promote and maintain clients' independence • Advocate for clients' interests, needs, and rights • Maintain effective communication with clients and colleagues • Assist with personal care when requested • Respect clients' confidentiality, independence, and dignity Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for the role: • Certificate III in Disability Services or equivalent • Minimum one year of experience in relevant role • Certifications in Medication Administration, Manual Handling, and First Aid • Valid Full driver's license and full COVID vaccination • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certification, • Full rights to work in Australia, • National Criminal History Check • NDIS Clearance Due to the volume of applicants, only those meeting the minimum standards will be considered and only successful applicants will be contacted.
