The position is part hands-on and part managing a team of Mechanics.
This position requires the ability to manage a team of mechanics, while still working on vehicles and providing expert diagnostic abilities to your team.
You will have the knowledge to understand faults with a large variety vehicles, or be proactive in gaining knowledge from others to identify the issue.
You will have the knowledge to provide quotes to ensure that you will operate in a profitable manner, while still meeting all KPI's.
The position will require:
A high level of mechanical knowledge The ability to manage a team Experience with Microsoft Office and other office programs will be highly regarded Strong Diagnostic abilities Ability to work in a high-pressure in a busy environment.
Ability to grow the business The ability to produce great customer levels of satisfaction.

You will be paid for every hour worked.
You will also have the ability to earn monthly bonuses, based on workshop performance.
This is a full-time, Mon – Fri role.
