ABOUT THE ROLE As a Marketing Specialist at Jack Murat, you will play a crucial role in crafting and executing marketing strategies to elevate our brand presence.
Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of bringing exceptional coffee experiences to our customers.
You will work closely with various teams to ensure our marketing initiatives align with our company values and business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
Manage social media platforms to build community and drive traffic to our website.
Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities for growth.
Oversee content creation, including blog posts,



newsletters, and promotional materials.
Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and campaigns.
Organise and attend events to promote the Jack Murat brand.
Collaborate with sales teams to support business development efforts.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR - Tertiary qualification in marketing or business - Proven communication and analytical skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
1+ year of experience in a similar role is required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for coffee and a commitment to sustainability is a plus.
