Job Title: Maintenance Officer Location: Northern Beaches Salary: $75,000 + Super We're currently partnering with a well-regarded school on the Northern Beaches to recruit a hands-on and reliable Maintenance Officer / Carpenter to join their facilities team.

The Role Working as part of the on-site maintenance team, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of buildings and grounds, with a robust focus on carpentry and general maintenance tasks.
Key Responsibilities: Carry out general carpentry repairs and minor construction works Perform routine maintenance across classrooms, facilities, and grounds Respond to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner Assist with preventative maintenance programs Maintain a safe and compliant working setting Support contractors and assist with project works as required About You:
