Support Workers A2 will be required to provide service between the hours of 7am and 7pm, Monday to Sunday.
They are required to provide all facets of support services along with intimate personal care.
These include meal preparation, assist with personal care needs such as showering, grooming, dressing and feeding, provide domestic assistance, including general household cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, laundry, bed making and cleaning bathrooms and toilets.
Other services may include transportation of clients to appointments/shopping, social support, respite and companionship.
As per above A1 Support Worker - We have introduced scheduling practices to limit the number of hours per day our Support Workers undertake Domestic Assistance services to 4 hours per day.
However, by mutual agreement,



we may enter into a higher number of hours per day of this particular type of service.
