About the Role

You'll work across a broad mix of Property & Commercial matters, including:

- Property acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial and retail leasing
- Property development mattersDrafting and negotiating contracts




- Business sales and acquisitions
- Commercial contracts and agreements
- PEXA transactions and settlements
- Direct client advisory work

You'll have the opportunity to manage your own matters with support while continuing to develop your technical and commercial skills.

About You

You'll ideally have:

- Around 3+ years' PAE in Property and/or Commercial Law
- Experience across property transactions and leasing
- Strong drafting and contract review skills
- Confidence dealing directly with clients
- A practical and commercially minded approach
