White Spot Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Cleaning Area Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in Greater Sydney Area As Cleaning Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing cleaning operations across a designated area, ensuring exceptional service delivery, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, and managing a team of cleaning professionals. This role is pivotal to our operational success and directly impacts the quality of service we provide to our clients.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and manage a team of cleaning staff, including scheduling, training, performance management and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures

Conduct regular inspections of cleaning areas to ensure all work meets company standards and client expectations

Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, and coordinate orders to maintain adequate stock

Develop and implement cleaning schedules that maximise efficiency whilst meeting client requirements

Respond to and resolve client complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner

Maintain detailed records of cleaning activities, staff attendance, incidents and service delivery

Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations across all cleaning operations

Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within the designated area

Liaise between cleaning teams and clients to communicate expectations, updates and any service modifications

Participate in staff training and development initiatives to enhance team skills and knowledge

Hands on responsibility for periodical jobs

What we're looking for

Proven experience working as a Cleaning Supervisor, Cleaning Manager or similar supervisory role within the cleaning services industry





Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and manage staff effectively

Excellent organisational and time management abilities

Knowledge of cleaning techniques, products and equipment appropriate to various environments

Understanding of health and safety regulations and best practices within the cleaning industry

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and staff

Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complaints professionally and constructively

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness

Valid driver's license and reliable transport to visit multiple cleaning sites

Flexibility to work varying hours, including early mornings or evenings as operational requirements dictate
