Requirements

- Minimum 2 years experience in a premium dining venue
- Well presented with a personable service approach and a keen eye for detail
- Full Australian working rights
- Full availability, including evenings and weekends
- Current QLD RSA certificate
- Applicants with previous Barista and Bar experience will be highly considered

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage your own section during service with precision and warmth
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations on both food and wine




- Accurately process orders and communicate dietary requirements to the kitchen
- Support fellow waitstaff and maintain high standards of service throughout
- Handle billing, payment processing and resolve any guest concerns with care
