We're looking for an experienced Section Waiter who takes pride in delivering outstanding service and has the confidence to guide guests through our menu.

About You

You have a genuine passion for hospitality and understand that great service is about creating experiences, not just taking orders.

Essential Requirements

- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Section Waiter in a quality restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and dining.
- Sound understanding of wine, including pairing recommendations.
- Good knowledge of premium meats and steak cooking temperatures.
- Experience recommending and selling cocktails, wine and premium beverages.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage a busy section confidently.
- Strong attention to detail and presentation.
- Current RSA Certificate.
- Available to work evenings,



weekends and public holidays.

- Deliver warm, professional and personalised service.
- Guide guests through our food and beverage menus with confidence.
- Recommend wines and cocktails that complement each meal.
- Maintain excellent knowledge of our menu, specials and seasonal offerings.
- Build rapport with guests and create memorable dining experiences.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar to ensure seamless service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation and professionalism throughout every shift.
- Assist in achieving sales targets through confident recommendations and upselling.
