Your part in our St Andrews War Memorial Hospital

As a Clinical Nurse in our Endoscopy team you will provide exceptional patient care in the areas of your clinical expertise whilst assessing and responding appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns.Providing supervision and guidance within a multi-disciplinary team through effective decision making and support, you will lead by example through exceptional communication, customer service and patient advocacy.

You will :

- Provide exceptional patient care in the areas of your clinical expertise whilst assessing and responding appropriately to clinical nursing issues and concerns
- Provide supervision and guidance within our team through effective decision making and support
- Lead by example through exceptional communication, customer service and patient advocacy.
- Be adept at managing conflicting priorities whilst remaining patient-focused under timepressures.

What makes a difference for us?

- Minimum of 3 yearsregistered nursingexperience in an Endoscopy Unit
- Preferable both recovery and procedural experience




- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent and AHPRA registration
- Flexibility to work across a rotating morning and afternoon roster with on call requirements
- Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, support and mentorship
- An ability to coordinate and priorities clinical workflow of unit
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvements
