This opportunity sits within a highly respected specialist insurer known for its expertise in commercial motor, heavy motor, fleet, transport, and logistics insurance. This is not your typical high-volume, transactional claims role – you’ll be working across more complex motor portfolios where service, technical understanding, and stakeholder management really matter.

- Manage a portfolio of approx. 200-250 ongoing claims

Your Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end motor claims
- Coordinate repairs and liaise with suppliers and assessors
- Build and maintain robust relationships with a dedicated panel of brokers
- Provide updates and guidance to stakeholders throughout the claims process
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliant file management
- Negotiate fair and commercially sound outcomes
- Contribute to initiatives that improve efficiency and claims performance

Who we’re looking for:

- Experience in commercial motor, heavy motor, fleet, or well-developed domestic motor claims
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident using claims systems and Microsoft Office
- Customer-focused with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
- Stable employment history and openness to developing within insurance
