About the Role

- You'll work with homeowners who have already expressed interest in improving their home's energy efficiency.
- Conduct phone and virtual consultations with qualified customers.
- Understand each customer's energy usage and recommend the right solution.
- Present solar,



battery, heat pump, air conditioning and EV charging options.
- Follow up opportunities and manage your sales pipeline through HubSpot CRM.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Our operations, design, approvals, scheduling and installation teams take care of the rest, allowing you to focus on what you do best—selling.

Who We're Looking For

You'll have:

- A proven track record in phone sales or consultative sales.
- Strong closing skills with confidence handling objections.
- Excellent communication and rapport-building ability.
- Good computer skills and experience using CRM systems.
- A desire to continually improve and maximise your earnings.
- Solar industry experience is an advantage but isn't essential. If you're a excellent closer, we'll teach you the products.
