Woods & Co Recruitment are partnering with a growing hospitality group that owns and operates a portfolio of well-known venues across Melbourne. With continued expansion on the horizon, they're looking for a motivated Accountant to support the finance function and play a key role in the day to day financial operations of the business.

What you'll do:
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Assist with month-end and year-end reportingPrepare BAS, IAS and other statutory obligations
- Support budgeting, forecasting and cash flow reporting
- Analyse financial performance and provide commercial insights
- Monitor venue performance and profitability
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years' experience in an accounting role
- CA/CPA qualified or currently studying
- Hospitality, retail or multi-site industry experience highly regarded
- Strong knowledge of Australian accounting standards
- High attention to detail and solid analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
