Your background:

We are looking for an experienced hospitality qualified with a background in luxury to lead and team of 6 staff for a beautiful, luxury residential site on Sydney's harbour.

We are looking for people with experience in one or more of the below areas;

- 5 star hotel and resort backgrounds
- Private estates, and high-net-worth property/asset management
- Luxury residential concierge services
- High end real estate backgrounds + fine-dining restaurant management

Please only apply if you have backgrounds in the above – candidate who do not have senior hospitality leadership experience will not be considered.

The role:





The primary function of your role is to ensure that the property and all times is immaculately presented and that the team you are leading at all times are delivering exceptional, five star guest services.

You will also be required to;

Managing a small team of staff, 6-8 concierge + delivery staff, including training and rostering of the team

Managing external vendors and supplier relationships

Guest services - concierge

Providing reception and administration services with team

Utilise a high degree of technical ability with a range of platforms and systems

Working with building management and head office

Create bespoke, customised events throughout the calendar year delivering exceptional hospitality activations (wine tastings, cocktail classes, etc)

The property

The property is an absolutely state of the art, high end estate - we will walk suitable candidates through the detail of the venue over the phone if of interest.

Hours:

Whilst your hours are predominantly day times, Monday to Friday please note we do require availability across a Monday - Sunday roster as expected of a leader. When needed you may be required to assist at nights and weekends and you will be expected to run your team and roster solely.
