About the Role Reporting to the Manager, People Culture, this role is a true generalist with a strong workplace relations focus.
You will partner with leaders to navigate complex employee matters while contributing to broader HR initiatives and projects.
Key responsibilities include: Managing employee relations matters including grievances, investigations, and performance management Providing advice on employment legislation, industrial instruments, and compliance Supporting fit for work, disciplinary and termination processes Contributing to HR projects and organisational change initiatives Assisting with policy development, reporting,



and process improvement About You You are a confident and capable HR professional who thrives in a busy, evolving environment.
