What does your new role look like?
Actively encouraging residents to participate in a variety of meaningful activities and assist in their delivery Ensuring a high level of resident satisfaction at all times Communicating effectively with residents,



families and volunteers Assisting with care plans and programs Continually exploring recent opportunities and programs to meet the holistic needs of our residents Ensuring all reporting requirements are efficiently completed Shift times: 9:00am - 4:30pm 10:00am - 4:00pm 9:30am - 3:00pm Monday to Friday only About you: Above all, you will align to our Values of Bold, Warm and Honest.
You will be able to demonstrate empathy and the ability to provide excellent care for your customers.
Does this sound like you?
Certification in Lifestyle and Leisure or Certificate in Individual Support/Disability (advantageous) Currently have NDIS Screening Check or willing to obtain one Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 (minimum 1 dose) Influenza vaccination or willing to obtain one Musical ability would be a significant advantage to help engage in group activities!
