Job Description Define and execute an enterprise-wide AI strategy aligned to business goals Partner closely with C-suite and board members on AI vision and priorities Lead large-scale transformation programmes, embedding AI across functions Identify high-value AI use cases across customer, risk, and operations Build and lead high-performing AI and data science teams Drive adoption of AI solutions, ensuring measurable business outcomes Act as a thought leader, presenting "best-in-class" AI strategies internally The Successful Applicant A successful AI Head should have:
