YOUR ROLE As the firm's KEY 'go to' specialist public/occupier's liability lawyer, reporting to/being mentored by the Managing Solicitor (Head of Public/Occupier's Liability), you will love taking full OWNERSHIP of your own files/practice+ obtaining justice for your plaintiff clients in respect of their public/occupier liability claims.

WHO YOU ARE We are interested in hearing from you if you: are a NSW admitted lawyer with 3+ years (up to senior associate level) plaintiff personal injury law experience in occupiers/public liability (Essential); have solid knowledge of relevant legislation ; can run your own public/occupier liability files highly autonomously efficiently; have solid litigation/advocacy, negotiation and legal drafting skills; are proactive + thrive in a busy quick environment; are hungry to progress your career with a leading firm LONG-TERM.
