Customer Service Role - Logistics/Transport Company in the Port! $39 per hour!!

We have an immediate opening for a Customer Service professional to join our client based in the Port of Brisbane. Monday-Friday, this role can lead to permanency for the right applicant! You are responsible for liaising with customers, clients and truck drivers to ensure orders are delivered with efficiency and in a timely manner.

Answering customer queries (internal and external) professionally and promptly

Accurately entering and updating data in the in-house system

Assisting with weekly/monthly KPI reporting

Coordinating orders with warehouse and transport teams

Communicating with clients regarding order status and timeframes

Monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring orders are picked and delivered on time





Supporting inventory management by passing on stock count requests

Providing general admin support where needed

The Person:

Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or transport admin

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Sharp attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills

Someone who takes initiative and can work independently

Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy – a true team player
