We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager / 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic Wetherill Park team.
About the Role As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment, client account management, and workforce coordination.
This is a fast-paced and rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives in a people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients Conduct regular client visits and manage key accounts Source, recruit,



and manage a reliable external casual workforce Maintain and update a diverse candidate database Undertake recruitment for both temporary and permanent placements Deliver exceptional service and results to clients and candidates alike Manage day-to-day administrative tasks independently About You We're looking for a confident skilled with a strong recruitment background and a proactive, can-do attitude.
You'll be a motivated self-starter who enjoys working both independently and as part of a national team.
You will bring: A proven track record in end-to-end recruitment or account management Strong client engagement and customer service skills A creative and solutions-focused mindset Excellent time management and organisational skills Flexibility when needed to meet business needs Working Hours: This is a full time position, predominantly Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm .
