Our client is currently seeking experienced Grader Operator / Watercart Operators for a FIFO role ex Perth on a 14 days on / 14 days off roster.

Requirements Proven experience operating graders and/or watercarts in a mining setting; Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role; Experience on machinery such as CAT 14M graders (highly regarded); Current driver's licence; Ability to pass a pre-employment medical , including drug alcohol screening; Current National Police Clearance (within 12 months); Robust commitment to safety and teamwork.
Position Duties: Operate graders and watercarts safely and efficiently; Conduct road maintenance, grading, and dust suppression; Maintain equipment in line with site procedures; Work collaboratively with site teams to achieve production targets; Adhere to all site safety standards and protocols.
