Our store management structure involves a Store Manager, multiple Department Team Leaders, Reset/ Stock Supervisor.
This Opportunity: As a future Store Leader , you will play a critical role in driving store performance through strong team leadership, service excellence and operational capability.
Key responsibilities include: Leading, motivating and developing a high-performing team Delivering outstanding customer service and driving service culture Managing high-volume stock flow, merchandising and promotional execution Maintaining high standards of presentation, safety and compliance Supporting and influencing store targets, KPIs and growth results Coaching future leaders and contributing to a robust internal talent pipeline Using product knowledge to elevate the customer experience The Ideal Candidates: Proven retail management experience (essential)
