Wellways Australia Limited is seeking Residential Youth Workers in Queensland to provide trauma-informed, culturally protected care for young people in out-of-home care. You will support beneficiaries with high and complex needs, working to help them develop life skills and pathways for healing in a secure setting.
The role requires shift work, First Aid, a valid Drivers Licence, and background checks (Blue Card, NDIS screening).
