Select Harvests is seeking a Team Leader - Value Add Facility to join our Processing team at the Carina West Processing Facility. This role is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the value-add almond processing area, ensuring production targets, quality standards and safety requirements are consistently achieved.
You will lead a team responsible for processing and packaging almonds, coordinating production schedules and maintaining productive workflow across the facility.
