Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and develop Branches Managers to achieve sales, margin and profitability targets Implement business plans and drive operational improvements across all branches Analyse branch and management performance, identify underperformance and implement corrective actions Build strong customer relationships, ensuring service levels exceed expectations Work with branch managers across recruitment, training, performance management and team development Conduct branch reviews and manage budgets, reporting, pricing reviews, stocktakes and administrative processes About you Robust experience in multi‐site leadership within automotive, trade,
